The mission of Bridgeway Residential Services is to provide top quality services and support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, Mental Health and Substance Abuse. These individuals will have the opportunity to live with dignity make personal choices and command respect while having the opportunity to learn and developed independence and self-direction through experiencing everyday life to its fullest.

Bridgeway Residential Services provides client ratio of 1:4 with 24 hour supervision and support.

Bridgeway provides individuals with a safe, home, family-like environment with assistance and support that will help each individual reach his or her fullest potential.

Training in a home-like setting will be offered to residents to help them develop and set goals in order to reach their independence in many areas of daily living, including but not: limited to self-help skills, personal living skills and independent living skills.

Bridgeway Residential Services offers twenty-four hour residential supports and services in programs that are community-based. Services are provided with a focus on community integration: Acceptance, principles of normalization  self-advocacy, least-restrictive/assistance methodologies, and maintaining the dignity of the individual. Programs are designed to enhance the level of social, cognitive and physical abilities of the individual in order to assist the Individual with participation in the community.

Our programs and services reflect the basic residential support needs of a targeted population of individuals with developmental disabilities. All clients regardless of race, national origin, gender, religion or disability shall be treated equally and with respect by all Bridgeway Residential Services employees.

Bridgeway Residential is licensed by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services.

Service Eligibility

We accept the following:
  • Adults male and female between the age of 18 years old and older with intellectual and developmental disability.
  • Approve for ID Waiver Services
  • Ambulatory/non ambulatory
  • Complete and admission application
  • Medical and Social History
  • Current Physical Exam
  • TB screening results
  • We accept individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Mental Health and Substance Abuse
